The annual Graduate Career Consortium (GCC) meeting is always a fantastic experience--the sharing of ideas, the incredible creativity, the enthusiasm--it doesn’t get any better!
Last week at the conference Shannon Behrman and I had the opportunity to present not only a video at the inaugural Creative Sessions (a new session for videos, podcasts, skits and more), but also a poster on iBiology’s most recent online course “Let’s Experiment: A Guide for Scientists Working at the Bench.” It was exciting and rewarding to share preliminary data on the positive learning impact the course is having on our students.
#2019GCC was such an excellent conference. Thank you to the GCC leadership and conference committee for putting together such a great experience. The most wonderful colleagues work on career and professional development for graduate students and postdocs. We look forward to seeing everyone next year in Toronto!
