For faculty and administrators involved in graduate or postgraduate training, there is a new resource worth checking out. The Graduate Profession Services (GPS) Biomed program at the University of California, Irvine recently launched a series of online modules called "Designing a Career Development Program for Biomedical Trainees." This five-module program includes videos, reading lists, and learning activities.

From the website, "This toolkit was designed to guide you through the process of building a presentation for a new career development experience at your institution, and provide support for you to develop your programs regardless if you're just getting started or if you need to revitalize existing offerings. This resource was developed in partnership with the Division of Continuing Education at UC Irvine and the NIH-BEST consortium."

In addition, this program uses the online social media platform called Padlet to serve as one common inventory for all the videos from this and other NIH-BEST or related program initiatives (including some career and professional development talks from iBiology!)
